Too Embarassed To Really Be Embarassed...

The setting: Wal-Mart 3:30 in the afternoon with 6 kids.
I thought I could just scoot into Wal-Mart and quickly buy the Chief's toiletries. I thought I could just swing by maternity and look for some nursing bras. I was thrilled to discover when I asked that Wal-Mart does in fact sell nursing bras.
I FINALLY find my size all the while directing kids. I had two in the buggy and four around the buggy (and in clothes, and on the other isle, and such). SOOOO, I am looking for one more bra in the right size and hear this...
Doodlebug #4 (that's Gunner, Uncle Jon)
"Mommy look, mommy look, I got a fishing pole!" "Mooommmmyyy, MOMMY!!!!!! Look, my fishing pole."
I look...BIG mistake, in a very crowded Wal-Mart my son has taken the bra out of the package hooked Daddy's razors on the end of it and flung it over the side of the buggy and is "fishing" with my nursing bra.
That's my que....EXIT (left, right, ANYWHERE)

I bought the bra's and got out of dodge...BTW if you are looking to get out quickly DO NOT EVER USE THE SELF CHECK OUT! Mistake #2 of the day! :-) I thought I was gonna have to beat that machine!

Oh Aimee....I just love reading your blogs. I've read them all...but never posted, don't know why..maybe just not quite sure what to say to someone I hardly know (although through your blogs I feel like we could've been lifelong friends!). Your witty sense of humor cracks me up....and in some cases, I can even picture myself saying or doing the same exact thing. I do enjoy the more serious blogs as well, it makes me rethink my own life and christianity (sp?). Keep blogging....because I listen :)

Anita, what a gracious comment recieved by you...I have always spoken my mind and laughed at myself...(I think I am darn funny sometimes :-)) I so enjoy blogging and writing I really do, so I am so glad that you are reading and enjoying. Yes, I also think under certain different terms we would make GREAT friends! So lets get to know each other better! :-)

Miss Cathy, Maybe this was a day baby Grant sucked out the very last of my good brain cells. I took my four plus the two I keep after school...I really thought I could just get in and out...not so much!
