We had an eventful weekend. Most of the weekend was spent in the jungle we call our yard. It took our lawn people hours to cut the grass two and three times over! The Chief got on the roof and cleaned off the eaves and the aftermath of the storm. Then the Chief's patrol vehicle broke down and so he has been home all weekend, which was a great treat for the doodlebugs and I.
Let's see then my mom and dad called on Saturday and said they were coming for a quick over night visit (which thrilled me to no end) so Sunday and Monday were filled with Nana and Poppie. On Sunday our longest running mayor (not current) passed away so yesterday and today are filled with Eulogy and Funeral services. Whew....so I am just gonna post a few pictures of my sweet family!
